The fact is, to keep mechanical systems operating at maximum efficiency and prevent costly breakdown repairs, equipment systems require routinely scheduled maintenance.  Not unlike a car, requiring oil changes, tire rotations, filter changes, and safety inspections, your equipment has unavoidable upkeep.  Our scheduled preventive maintenance program saves time and money, while keeping your systems running longer and more efficiently.  Industry studies have proven that when maintained at or above the manufacturers recommended standards, equipment can last up to 20% longer, and run at 30% higher efficiency than those that don’t.  This translates to real dollars saved in both the short and long term.  

  • Flexible terms: Annual, Semi-Annual, or Quarterly inspections and tune-ups available

  • Annual (or more frequent) meetings with you to determine effectiveness of your program and identify any potential updates to schedule 
  • Routine air filter changes.  This schedule can be adjusted based on your facility’s needs.  Remember: HVAC is 40% of energy cost in most buildings. 80% of that energy is the system overcoming static pressure across the filter bank!

  • Condenser coil cleaning: our techs will inspect and clean the coils to ensure optimum heat transfer.  This is especially important after pollen and cottonwood blooms in our region

  • Refrigerant leak testing: recovery, recycling, and reclaiming of refrigerant. This will save you money by ensuring proper levels are maintained, reducing damage to equipment, and minimizing the cost of replacing the refrigerant
  • Bundle with code-required annual sprinkler system inspections and backflow tests for additional value and savings.  We also have a full range of other fire protection services available.
